By accessing the CineStream website or app you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
CineStream provides information about movies and series (overviews, ratings, cast, trailers) and an Android app with accounts, plans and rewards. Features may change, be limited or be discontinued at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under your local law to enter into this agreement. If you are a minor, use CineStream only with a parent or guardian's permission.
Accounts
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information. Each account is limited to one active device at a time.
- The free trial can be claimed once per device. Attempts to bypass this may lead to suspension.
Plans, coins and payments
- Gold and other plans, prices and benefits are shown in the app and may change over time.
- Payments are reviewed manually. A plan is activated after your transaction is verified.
- Coins and daily rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be adjusted or removed in case of misuse.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact [email protected] with your transaction reference.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright;
- scrape, copy or resell the service, or overload or attack our systems;
- abuse rewards, create fake accounts or manipulate coins, ads or trials;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the security of the app or website.
Third-party content and your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure you have the legal right to access any content in your country. Copyright laws differ between regions. If you are a rights holder and believe something should be removed, follow our DMCA policy.
Intellectual property
The CineStream name, logo, design and software are owned by CineStream or its licensors. Movie and series data, posters and images belong to their respective owners and are supplied through TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of third-party information.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineStream is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You can stop using CineStream at any time and request deletion of your account data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the CineStream operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
